Summary: 

In June 2023, the piping below the Avon elevated Storage Tank broke, damaging the floor, washing material out, and rendering the tower not usable until repair is made.  This discussion is to provide an update of activities since June 2023, the recommended path forward, and an anticipated timeline to make repairs and put the tower back in service.
