Summary:
Approval of the quarterly plan for expenditures through the CCPD budget. An explanation of the status of these items will be provided in the presentation.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
The 2023-24 CCPD budget was reviewed and approved by the CCPD Board of Directors on July 10, 2023. It was further approved by Deer Park City Council on August 15, 2023. Of the approved items in the budget the attached are expected to be purchased or begin being purchased during the second quarter of the 2023-24 fiscal year. The projected purchases are highlighted with red lettering. We will be spending salary amount consistent with personnel assigned to the CCPD budget.
