Recognition of service by CCPD Board Member Smokey Mather.

Summary:
Mr. Mather was appointed to the CCPD board on February 6, 2018 by City Council Ordinance No. 3954 to fill the unexpired term of another member who left. He has served on the board since that time. Mr. Mather recently submitted his resignation as a board member to be effective end of January 2024. Mr. Mather served as an executive officer of the board for multiple terms with his current title being Vice President.
It has been an honor to have him serving the citizens of Deer Park on this board and we wish him the best in the future. We would like to provide Mr. Mather with a plaque of appreciation for his service.
