Summary:
The City was approached by Ivy Oaks HOA regarding a donation to the City of the HOA park. The City has met with the HOA to discuss the acquisition. The HOA had met separately and passed a vote to donate the park to the City. The Parks and Recreation department conducted a site evaluation to determine maintenance needs and possible future renovations. City staff is now looking to present this item to Council for further direction.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
Funds for maintenance of this park will be allocated in the General Fund Parks and Recreation department.
