Summary:
At this time, the City Manager will lead a discussion with Council regarding staff’s thoughts on preparations to be made now that will have significant impacts on budgeting and forecasting of the next few fiscal years. Assisting with the discussion will be the Assistant City Manager, Director of Finance, City Secretary, and others. We want to cover the big picture narrative, and seek Council’s input in creating and supporting these plans.
