Summary:
In June of 2023 Council approved entering into an agreement with MHS Planning & Design, LLC for architectural landscape design services for Glenwood Park. Once the design was completed the project was advertised for bids. The request for proposals included an Add Alternate item for solar lighting. On July 11, 2024 the City received three (3) proposals for this project. Those proposals were:

The three proposal packets were also submitted to MHS Planning & Design for their review. Attached is the letter of recommendation, provided by MHS, in which they recommend awarding the project to Lucas Construction based on their low, combined bid, of $918,006.00.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
Funds for these services are being funded with Type B sales tax proceeds with a total of $1,100,000.00 in account 850-432-49090.

Award The Glenwood Park Project to Lucas Construction Company.
