Summary:
Section 6.1 of the Corporation’s bylaws states that the Board shall prepare a quarterly activity report, detailing the projects and work accomplished during the previous quarter. This report shall be reviewed by the Board by the end of the month following the end of each quarter and then submitted to City Council immediately thereafter. The attached report for the period of April 1, 2024 - June 30, 2024 has been approved by the Deer Park Community Development Corporation at its July 22, 2024 meeting.
