Summary: City Manager and Senior HR Business Partner will be speaking on the benefits of adding Next Level Urgent Care for insured employees to use 7 days a week, eliminating the need to use emergency care facilities for non-urgent matters. Having this as an option will help reduce our overall loss ratio keeping insurance rates low.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact: Utilizing Budget funds from TXHB credits accumulated from previous years.
