Consideration of and action on an ordinance appointing four members to the Library Board of Trustees.

Summary:
Four members of the Library Board of Trustees expire on December 31, 2024. All incumbents were asked if they wished to serve another two-year term. They all agreed. The Board and Commission Group is therefore recommending that the following four people be reappointed for additional two-year term. Based on the policy, incumbents do not have to complete an application and be re-interviewed for additional terms. They are just required to provide their acceptance.

Recommended action
The Board Selection Committee is recommending the appointment by ordinance of Patricia Adams, Brenda Spencer, Daniel Kramer and Rebecca Schroeder for term of service from Jan 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026.
