Summary:
Mr. Combs was appointed to the FCPEMSD board in 2018 by City Council Ordinance No. 4015. He has served on the board since that time. In January 2025, Mr. Combs submitted his resignation as a board member. He was Councilmember Martin’s appointee.
It has been an honor to have him serving the citizens of Deer Park on this board and we wish him the best in the future. An appreciation plaque will be presented.
