Consideration of and action on an ordinance approving the updated 2024-2025 Salary and Classification Scales.

Summary: 

The Dow Active Complex (DAC) Building Plan that City Council approved on February 4, 2025 included the following full-time positions not currently on our salary and classification scales:

•                     Maintenance Tech I

•                     Aquatic Specialist

•                     Membership Services Coordinator

•                     Membership Services Supervisor

 

Fiscal/Budgetary Impact: 

Impact for FY 2024-25 in accordance with the budget.

 

Recommended action

Approve the ordinance updating the 2024-2025 salary and classification scales with new positions for the DAC.
