Summary:
Phase 2 GMP amendment for the Jimmy Burke Activity Center will consist of Phase 2 construction of the activity center. The cost of the Phase 2 GMP amendment is $36,250,295.00 which includes a 5% owner held contingency.
This is the final phase of the overall two-phase construction of the Jimmy Burke Activity Center. The total GMP for both phases is $38,616,795.00.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
Project funded by Series 2021 Certificates of Obligation Bond Funds and Series 2022 General Obligation Bond Funds.
