Consideration of and action on accepting completion of the Battleground Golf Course Cart Path Renovations.

Summary: 

On December 17, 2024 City Council approved the purchase of services from SKE Construction, through Buy Board Contract #660-21, to perform the Battleground Golf Course Cart Path Renovations.  The contracted amount was $83,305.00.  A change order in the amount of an additional $9,470.00 was issued, due to additional work needed at hole #11. 

All work has been completed at a total cost of $92,821.35.  At this time, we are ready to have City Council accept completion of the project.

 

Fiscal/Budgetary Impact: 

Funds for this project were budgeted in 010-850-49030.

 

Recommended action

Accept completion of the Battleground Golf Course Cart Path Renovations.
