Summary:
The Dow Active Complex (DAC) Building Plan that City Council approved on February 4, 2025 included the following part-time positions not currently on our salary and classification scales:
• PT Swim Instructor - (regular year-round)
• PT Lifeguard - (regular year-round)
• PT Child Watch Attendant
• Fitness aid w/o PT certification
• Fitness aid with certification
• Pool Manager - (regular year-round)
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
Impact for FY 2024-25 in accordance with the budget.
Recommended action
Approve the ordinance updating the 2024-2025 salary and classification scales with new positions for the DAC.
