The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Sept 14, 2026, and City Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission held their joint public hearing on Nov 3, 2026, to hear testimony for and against the rezone request from Ryan Taylor, as representative of Parked LLC, to rezone 4811 Red Bluff Road Plat of Survey of an 8.778 Acre Tract 1 as described in HCCF#J208478, JW Maxey Survey, A-1270, Deer Park, Harris County, Texas from Highway Service (HS) to Industrial Park (M1).
Based upon testimony, the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission is the request be approved. If council approves this request, the rezone ordinance is attached.
