The Planning and Zoning Commission received information on this topic at their November 2, 2026, meeting. It is on their agenda to approve the joint public hearing date with City Council. This ordinance is to call that joint meeting. Once approved, it will be published in the paper. After the joint public hearing is conducted on Dec 1st, council will receive the final recommendation from P&Z and make their decision in their meeting.
