The Deer Park Police Department is requesting permission to purchase Leads on Line’s Nighthawk User License for conducting research on Call Detail Records and Geolocation Data. This will aid Deer Park Police Department’s Investigations Division in case follow-up and forensic mapping of cell phones used the commission of crimes. In fiscal budget for 2025/26, Clearview Facial Recognition software was approved, but it has been decided to not renew the software license, due to lack of use, lack of success with the product and overall annual cost.
