June is National Safety Month as recognized by the National Safety Council (NSC), an annual observance dedicated to encouraging individuals and organizations to prioritize safety in the workplace, at home, and in their communities.
The City of Deer Park supports this initiative by affirming its commitment to maintaining safe and healthful working environments for our employees. To promote this ongoing commitment, the City has the attached proclamation designating the week of June 22 - June 26, 2026 as CITY SAFETY WEEK in Deer Park.
Throughout the week, employees are encouraged to participate in SAFETY WEEK activities aimed at increasing awareness of the importance of safe workplaces for all.
