Jose Guerrero is requesting a 0.10 acre -feet per acre detention rate variance for a new parking lot to be constructed at 5114 Railroad Street.

Summary: 

Section 46-1 of Chapter 46 of the Code of Ordinances requires the minimum detention storage rate shall be 0.65 acre-feet per acre (ac-ft./ac) or greater for all new development. Therefore, a variance is required to construct the parking lot to the desired detention rate.
