The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Sept 14, 2026, and City Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission is holding the joint public hearing on Nov 3, 2026, to hear testimony for and against the rezone request of Ryan Taylor to rezone 4811 Red Bluff Road from Highway Service (HS) to Industrial Park (M1).
Based upon testimony, the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission is the request be approved.
