Summary: 

The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing on May 5, 2025, to hear testimony relating to this request. As a result of the hearing the commission is recommending the approval of the rezoning request.  The next step is for a joint public hearing to be called with Zoning Commission & City Council.  The attached ordinance will call for the joint public hearing to occur on June 17, 2025, at 7:30 pm.

Accept the recommendation and approve the ordinance for a Joint Public Hearing to occur on June 17, 2025, at 7:30 pm for the rezone request for 7438 Stephanie Drive from Community Service to Single Family 2.
