Summary:
Doug Cox submitted his resignation for the P&Z/BOA board and his last meeting will be September 9, 2024. The alternates for the BOA Board are given first right of refusal to move up to a full member. Alternate Alisha Melton has stated she is willing to move up to fulfill the remaining of Mr. Cox’s term. His term ends May 31, 2025. Her position as alternative is being handled by a separate agenda item.
