Summary:
The City of Deer Park Parks and Recreation Department has been working with Studio Red to review potential options for the Court and Theatre Building and the old Fire Station #1 to add a black box theatre and complete additional renovations to the existing building. It was requested, by City Council that staff and Studio Red explore the option of not renovating old Fire Station #1 and instead adding a building addition to the existing building.
Staff will present the findings of this exercise and discuss the options for City Council consideration.
