Frank Preston is requesting a fifteen (15) foot variance to the height of an accessory structure to be constructed at 1201 E. Pasadena Blvd.

Section 4.03.02 of the Zoning Ordinance Number 1679 limits the height of a residential accessory structure to fifteen (15) feet. Therefore, a variance is required to construct the accessory structure.
