Jose Guerrero is requesting a two (2) foot variance to the length of parking space requirements for a new parking lot to be constructed at 5114 Railroad Street.

Summary: 

Section 13.05.2 of the Zoning Ordinance requires a parking space to be twenty (20) feet in length. Therefore, a variance is required to construct the new parking spaces to the desired length.
