Summary:
The City of Deer Park Parks and Recreation Department periodically reviews ordinances to ensure that they are still applicable to the Community’s needs. Upon review of Section 74-1, it was determined that new facilities had been added to the City inventory and were not included in the ordinance.
The purpose of this item is to amend section 74-1 with an updated list of City Parks and Recreation facilities, addresses, and applicable hours.
Attached is a copy of the amended ordinance for consideration.
