Summary:
Currently the meetings are held at 5:15 pm, this request is to move the meetings to 5:00 pm instead. If approved, this new time will start with the public hearing scheduled for June and all meetings going forward. This is only changing the starting time of the meetings and not the date or day of the meetings.
