Summary:
The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on May 4, 2026, to hear testimony for and against the rezone request. Based upon testimony, the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission is the request be approved and forwarded to City Council for scheduling the joint public hearing for June 16, 2026, at 7:30 pm. After the joint public hearing is conducted, council will receive the final recommendation from P&Z and make their decision in their meeting.
