Summary:
The Dow Active Complex (DAC) project consisted of the construction of a new Community/Wellness Center Dow Active Complex, new Dow Park Pool house, various landscaping and hardscapes around the facilities, and parking.
The project has been sustainably completed by Durotech, Inc., with the exception of a minimum number of remaining punch list items, and is ready for Council acceptance and for the release of the retainage.
Attached to this document is the final invoice from Durotech, Inc., less a small percentage of retainage for remaining punch list items, received by the City of Deer Park.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
Funds for this project have been allocated in the Deer Park Community Development Corporation budget.
Recommended action
Accept completion, and release the retainage funds, for the DAC construction project.
