Summary:
With the construction of the Museum as part of the new Jimmy Burke Activity Center, new cabinets are being purchased for the City’s historical artifacts. The current cabinets located in multiple City facilities have exceeded their useful life, with several being broken and no longer functionally serving their intended purpose.
This is a purchase through the Choice Partners Purchasing Cooperative. The Choice Partners contract number is 23/022MF-06.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
The cost is $99,358.25 for 43 cabinets. This includes freight, delivery, and set-up. Funds for this are included with the total project funds for the new Jimmy Burke Activity Center.
