Summary:
The existing Skid Steer is over 20-years old and has outlived its lifespan. This fiscal year the Sanitation Division was approved funding to replace the existing 2003 model. The Skid Steer is used to move garbage and debris from the tipping room floor, at the Transfer Station, and to clean the area where the heavy trucks are stored.
This will be a Buy Board purchase from Associated Supply Company, Inc. (contract #685-22) in the amount of $62,085.48.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
Funds for this purchase are budgeted in account 091-402-49070.
