Matt Brocato is requesting a seven (7) foot variance to the width of a driveway to be constructed at 1801 North Everglades Drive.

Summary: 

Section 16.09.2 of the Zoning Ordinance Number 1883 limits the width of a residential driveway to twenty (20) feet where it abuts a city street. Therefore, a variance is required to construct the driveway to the desired width.
