Summary:
At the April 7, 2026 meeting, City Council approved purchasing the services of Branch Construction to perform the 10-Inch Waterline Improvements on Center Street Project. This purchase was made through their TIPS contract #23010401. The project involved replacing 2,200 linear feet of old 10-inch asbestos concrete waterline with new 10-inch HDPE pipe between P Street and San Augustine on Center Street.
The contract amount was $428,909.00. The project has been completed with the final cost being $428,909.00.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
This project was funded out of various water/sewer bonds.
Recommended action
Accept completion of the 10-Inch Waterline Improvements on Center Street.
