Consideration of and action on an ordinance appointing two alternate members to the Board of Adjustment for a two-year term.

Summary:
1) Terri Clasen was an alternate member for the BOA since 2024 when she was appointed to finish out an existing term ending May 2025. She has declined to continue to another term. The alternate position was posted and applications were received. Five interviews were conducted by the Boards & Commission Board on May 6, 2025. The Board made their recommendation to Council during Executive Session on May 6, 2025. This ordinance will appoint the person that is selected by City Council to complete the full term for alternate on the Board of Adjustments.
2) Linda McHone’s term as alternate expires May 31, 2025. She stated her desire to continue another two-year term. The Board & Commission Board approves this renewal. Per the new policy, no new application was required. This ordinance will appoint Linda McHone to another term.

Approve the ordinance appointing two Board of Adjustment alternate members for a full two-year term.
