Summary:
The Jimmy Burke Activity Center (JBAC) project consisted of the construction of a new Activity Center, Ella and Friends Dog Park, Parking Lot expansion, and various landscaping and hardscapes around the facilities.
The project has been sustainably completed by Rogers-O’Brien Construction, with the exception of a minimum number of remaining punch list items, and is ready for Council acceptance and for the release of the retainage.
Attached to this document is the final invoice from Rogers-O’Brien Construction, less a small percentage of retainage for remaining punch list items, received by the City of Deer Park.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
Funds for this project have been allocated in the Deer Park Capital Improvement Fund.
Recommended action
Accept completion, and release the retainage funds, for the Jimmy Burke Activity Center and Ella and Friends Dog Park construction by Rogers-O’Brien Construction.
