Consideration of and action on entering into an interlocal agreement with Deer Park Independent School District (DPISD) for facility usage for the 2024-2025 academic school year.

Summary: 

DPISD and the City of Deer Park staff have met and agreed upon the attached proposed facility usage agreement for the 2024-2025 academic school year.  The agreement is on the City Council July 16th, 2024 agenda for approval, to then be approved by DPISD Board of Trustees.

Approve the mutual agreement with DPISD for facility usage for the 2024-2025 academic school year.
