Summary:
At the August 4, 2026 City Council approved purchasing the services of SKE Construction for the 2026 Concrete Maintenance Agreement. These services were provided through SKE’s TIPS contract #26010402.
The Concrete Maintenance Agreement is an on-call concrete maintenance / repair program the city started several years ago and has proven to be very successful. When a situation arises in which a roadway repair / replacement needs to be made but is larger than our Public Works crew can handle, the on-call company (SKE) is contacted and to perform the work.
The work for the 2025/2026 fiscal year has been completed and is ready for acceptance.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
$250,000 was budgeted in the Street Maintenance operational budget for this purpose. The final cost was $237,832.00.

Accept completion of the 2026 Concrete Maintenance Agreement Project.
