Summary:
The Spencerview Bridge Project consisted of the construction of new sidewalks, installation of a new bridge from Glenwood Park to Spencerview Athletic Complex, and final grade work.
All final scope of the project has been completed and it has been inspected by the Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS).
The project is ready for Council acceptance and for the release of the retainage of $20,006.15.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
The approved budget for this project funded through the Community Development Corporation. The awarded bid was $421,650.54. The final payment for the project and release of retainage is $20,006.15
Recommended action
Accept the project completion, and release retainage in the amount of $20,006.15 for the Spencerview Bridge Project completed by Lucas Construction.
