Presentation /Recognition of Officer Brandon Williams with a “Life Saving Award.” On March 30, 2018, Officer Williams responded to the Wheel House in reference to a male subject actively having a seizure. Upon Williams’s arrival, Steven Cauley was found not breathing. Williams immediately began CPR and notified dispatch. Deer Park EMS arrived and Cauley was transported to Bayshore Medical Center, where he was placed in ICU.
