Summary:

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is currently validating the draft Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) database for the City of Deer Park, Texas. Completing this draft database is a significant milestone for the flood risk, as it concludes the collection and analysis of the project’s initial engineering data. The City of Deer Park will have 30 days to review the engineering models and draft FIRM database, and provide comments and/or additional information to supplement or modify the draft database.  CobbFendley has been tasked to provide information on previous City improvement projects for FEMA’s consideration.
