Consideration of and action on accepting completion of the 2026 Manhole Rehabilitation Project.

Summary:
The City purchased the services of Branch Construction Group, via TIPS contract number-23010401, for the annual rehabilitation of ten (10) sanitary manholes. The scope of work included cleaning, surface preparation, leak stoppage and patching, installation of protective coating, and all associated demobilization and closeout activities. The project has now been completed and is ready for final acceptance.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
This rehabilitation project was a budgeted item in the Water & Sewer Maintenance Division’s budget. A total of $105,000 was budgeted and the final cost is $90,310.00.
Recommended action
Accept completion of the 2026 Manhole Rehabilitation Project.
