Summary: 

Update to the Full-Time scales due to a re-structure of the Municipal Court department, adding the Court Clerk I, Court Clerk II, and Court Clerk III and removing Deputy Court Clerk and Chief Deputy Court Clerk. 

 

Fiscal/Budgetary Impact: 

The reclassifications in Municipal Court will not negatively impact the budget.

 

Recommended action

Approve the ordinance for the updated FY 2023-24 Classification and Pay Scales.
