Consideration of and action on a purchase of services from Fuquay, Inc., through the Buy Board Cooperative Purchasing Program to perform the Rehabilitation of the 13th Street Lift Station.

Summary: 

The Public Works Department is requesting to purchase through the Buy Board the services of Fuquay, Inc. to rehabilitate the 13th Street Lift Station. This project will consist of bypass pumping, cleaning and debris removal from inside the wet well, grouting of structural damage, and lining of surface of the wet well with an epoxy lining system.  The total cost of this project $691,508.01   

 

Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:

Water & Sewer Bond funds 400, 508, and 509.

Approve the purchase.
