Summary:
Harris County Commission Court Resolution #25-4985 authorizes HCTRA to enter into agreements with local municipalities (law, fire and EMS) bordering the tollway rights-of-way and provides for reimbursement of such services.
The agreement establishes the framework for reimbursement options for eligible response costs per Attachment A Reimbursement Schedule which is in accordance with FEMA equipment rates and personnel costs
This would aid in the event if Deer Park provides fire and rescue services on the HCTRA system.
