Consideration of and action on entering into an interlocal agreement with Deer Park Independent School District (DPISD) for facility usage for the 2025-2026 academic school year.

Summary:

DPISD and the City of Deer Park staff have met and agreed upon the attached proposed facility usage agreement for the 2025-2026 academic school year.  The agreement is on the City Council August 5th, 2025 agenda for approval, to then be approved by DPISD Board of Trustees.
