Summary:
Tyler Technologies currently provides several software solutions for the city in their cloud-based platform, including:
1. ERP Pro 10 Financial Management Suite, this software suite is used for city services such as Core Financials, Inventory Control, Human Resources Management, and Purchasing
2. ERP Pro 10 Customer Relationship Management Suite serves two purposes:
a. Utility Billing Water account management.
b. Tracking work orders for the Water Department field crews.
3. Municipal Justice, this software runs the following areas for our Municipal Court: Criminal Case Manager, Court/Police Third-Party Interface (Import or Export of Citations/Warrants/Dispositions), and Collection Agency Export Interface.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
The total amount requested is $185,691.61 and was budgeted as follows:
$78,151.00 was budgeted in the FY 25-26 IT Department budget - account #010-200-42770.
$72,402.00 was budgeted in the FY 25-26 Water Sewer Central Collections budget - account #400-510-42770.
$35,138.61 was budgeted in the FY 25-26 Municipal Court Technology Fee budget - account #104-104-42770.
Recommended action
Authorize staff to make the 3rd year payment in the amount of $185,691.61 for Tyler Technologies for ERP 10, Municipal Justice and Tyler One Cloud based software solutions.
