Summary:
City of Deer Park staff have been working with BRW and Rogers-O’Brien Construction to develop final design and construction plans for the new Jimmy Burke Activity Center and Ella and Friends Dog Park. City staff has been working with the both entities to develop cost estimates, finalize details, review potential construction schedule and more items as it relates to the construction of the new facility.
Tonight’s discussion will focus on progress with the design and construction plans and discussion related to site adjustments.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
Funds for this project were approved during the 2021 General Bond Election.
