Consideration of and action on authorization to dispose of old election equipment to Hart Intercivic due to end of life.

Summary: 

The prior election equipment that had been used for years needs to be returned back to Hart Intercivic for proper end of life disposal.  The city purchased new equipment from Hart that was used in the recent election.

Fiscal/Budgetary Impact: 

Hart will pay for pickup and shipping of the equipment to their facility so there is no cost to the city for this service.  

 

Recommended action

Authorize the disposal of old election equipment to Hart Intercivic due to end of life.
