Summary: 

On March 4, 2025 City Council authorized an agreement with Comex Corporation to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk Services for the new Court House Building. On June 4, 2025, Comex issued a solicitation for bids for the project which were received on June 25^th to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The results of the solicitation were shared with City staff on July 3^rd. 

The total GMP Bid based on the initial results of the solicitation came to be $7,941,436.00, the details of which were discussed with City Council during the City Council Workshop on July 15^th.

The final GMP is an agenda item for consideration at the August 5, 2025 regular City Council meeting.
