Title
Consideration of and action on entering into an agreement with RRP Consulting Engineers for the development of traffic signal standards and specifications as well as the design to replace the traffic signals at the intersection of 4th Street and Center Street.

Body
Summary:
The Public Works Traffic Division has a total of $500,000 budgeted for the traffic signal rehabilitation at the intersections of 4th Street at Center Street, and as 8th Street at Center Street.

This will allow for uniformity throughout the city.
Staff requested that RRP provide a proposal to:
* Develop these new design specifications and standards
* Design the construction drawings to replace the traffic signals at the intersections of 4th at Center Street and 8th at Center Street
* Provide survey work at the two intersections
* Provide Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) at the ...
